The Foundry Hot Yoga & Fitness

I am a huge fan of self care and the student discount they offer as I tread through my doctorate in Psychology. These classes have helped improve my stamina as I celebrate publishing my first book, Happiness is an Inside Job Playbook! I am grateful to the supportive community and teachers that challenge me as I sweat out all the toxins absorbed on the journey.

the foundry is staffed with some of the most impactful people, it’s the most welcoming community that invites you to keep showing up for you.. on my best and worst day, the foundry is where I want to be, it’s my happy place. I genuinely love being in the studio and couldn’t be more grateful to move my body, in a space that allows me to embrace both the process and the progress!

I have been doing hot everything for about 6 years at this studio and it has been a game changer!! I am a dentist so after working on patients on all positions all day I am able to come in and stretch everything back to balance. It’s like a reset button for me. I am also a martial artist and was getting injured frequently but with hot yoga it has helped me to heal!Everybody here are nice and caring even Brandon! Lol.
