This app is poorly designed for today’s market. It has a lot of bugs (we can never reset our own password & have to go to the club for assistance). It is aesthetically antiquated. Seriously dislike not being able to sign up for classes more than a day in advance. I want to plan my week once-not have to revisit the app 6 times a week. There is no place to rate the classes. It could be a useful tool. One would expect more from a company marketing itself as a high-end club.

In my opinion the app has a lot of functionality and works really well for being a set of local gyms, I’m impressed. You’re able to reserve courts and see the entire schedule which is great. I know some don’t like the 25 hour class reservation rule, it may not be ideal but is probably the best way to avoid a lot of no shows. People tend to be overly optimistic in fitness and what they’ll do each week. I just sign up on the way to the gym most days, hasn’t been an issue

I am also experiencing issues with missing class schedules. And I’m regularly receiving notifications of classes that I did not sign up for —it’s frustrating. I work in tech app design and don’t believe this is a user error. I’ve sent messages to “report an issue” and have not heard back from anyone. I will ask again at the gym for help. There should be a direct method for getting assistance.
