Test'em All: Test & Get Paid

****. Giving 5 stars to make sure this is seen. Still no resolution and even new games are malfunctioning. I have reached out to support through the app multiple times and nothing. I get an email requesting information that I have already sent and still not fixed. To be honest I have had better luck with BestPlay. If TestEmAll addresses the issues and fixes the problem and gives me the points owed I will change this. But until then my review will stand!*****. I’ll start by saying that I really enjoyed this app prior to the problems. There was a continual issue that either new games that are downloaded through the site or games that once receive points are not receiving points as they should. I have emailed I have provided pictures and proof and all the information they need and I still get no response from customer service to correct the issue. This is forfeited my daily goals several times. The new games and I’m speaking of are the jelly hole game and the towel sort puzzle and these were brand new games. I will come back and update my review if these items get fixed. If not, I may think about having to go to BestPlay, which so far I have had no issues with.

I do like the games I’ve been playing and when I cashed out at $2 to test it I actually got the whole $2 deposited into my PayPal account right away. However. I decided to test it again and cashed out at $20 and I got a message saying it would take 7 business days. Just for $20. That worries me. I am going to stop playing the games for now. If the $20 actually shows up in my paypal account I’ll continue playing. Edit: the $20 just showed up in my PayPal account. All of it minus a dollar. So I don’t understand the other reviews that you aren’t getting all of your pay out. I will continue to play my games. My rating went from 3 stars to 5. My only complaint is one is one of the games I really like won’t show up in my task list. Edit: I also like how there isn’t a time limit to complete tasks unlike other test apps. Edit: extremely disappointed and my review went from a 5 to a 1. All my tasks disappeared and when I try to play new games they won’t show up in my task list. I was loving the app and the games I was playing. Extremely disappointed. I was able to cash out over $100 with this app. The one app that actually paid. And now I can’t get my active tasks. Edit: glad to see it’s back but I haven’t received my points and I can’t get an answer. I have sent out more than one email.

I really enjoyed this app and spent many hours until I finally had enough to cash out $10. To some, $10 isn’t much much due to the fact that I’m disabled, very low income, and invested many hours playing games for this app, $10 means a GREAT deal to me. Well, when I cashed out, Test Em All sent me $4 and change in EUROS which ended up translating to $4.90 USD. I have opened up multiple tickets with this app, emailed another email address I happened to find in their like user agreement paperwork, and I’ve also included screenshots as proof that I was not paid correctly. This is very disheartening because I was actually enjoying this app, but I guess I’ll just stick with the game play apps that I know and trust and that pay CORRECTLY AND WITHIN A COUPLE MINUTES EACH AND EVERY TIME. (JustPlay and Tester Buddy for anyone that’s interested). If anyone from the app ever reads this, please give me the rest of the $ that I’m due, and I might, emphasis on MIGHT give y’all another try.
