Ross Smith is a former MLS player and a current MLS commentator. He shared this app on a KMOX radio soccer show and I was immediately interested. My interest was in Footy Fitness, to increase my speed and endurance in the field. I’ve just started and am impressed and excited! The music is just right - upbeat and energetic but not overpowering. - - - Footy Fitness is good even if you don’t play or don’t want to play soccer. The other two sets of video are definitely soccer-focused.
