It is hard to talk to the advisors because some change it where you can’t contact them for a text reading. You only get 3 free minutes every once in a while to talk to them and they can take awhile to respond. Some don’t really answer your questions during the live chat. I had some where I sent a question and they never responded. I can’t log into the app anymore since yesterday. It keeps telling me “account anomaly” I can’t contact support either. I just checked and it takes me to another web page.

I’ve started using this app, and it’s my second week now. Having a free chat available each day with the premium membership is truly a nice feature especially if you work with someone who matches your energy and helps keep your space clear. It seems like they are primarily interested in your money. They randomly tell you to connect with them to gain insights, but what they offer often contradicts their initial claims. Their response times are slow, and sometimes their internet connection goes out, which causes interruptions. Once the time runs out, the session gets cut short, and your tokens are deducted automatically. They refuse to refund your money if you're not satisfied with the service, instead suggesting you go to a different advisor, but the experience remains the same. They claim to be performing rituals to remove spells or similar issues but provide no proof of their work. It feels like they just want you to keep adding more time and wasting money without delivering any real results.
