Definite problems with some questions. Hard to make a multiple choice answer when two spaces are blank and one of those blank space is the answer. Also why is the correct answer often something that is not practiced anymore - eg the number given is NPI not the outdated number from before 2007. And stop the stupid reminders. Yours is not my only study app. Today the app tried to tell me that 1600 *4 is 9600. I think you need to do some accuracy checks.
