Bro, what? No warnings on account suspension people. God forbid you make a mistake and break one of their commandments for their thank you message portion. Not asking for a slap on the wrist but bro, this service helps so much with my PTSD that have gotten into a medical rhythm in going to events to help with reintroducing myself to society. I go to say thank you while at the show (which takes time away from the present moment) and snap a quick photo of the stage so I can quickly get back to being alive in the present moment and upload it. They don’t allow you to take a moment to yourself after the show, to give the thank you message AT HOME, RELAXED. No. You HAVE to do it then and there or ELSE. VetTix admin is whack for that. Weirdo behavior for sure. I go about my time and ENJOY the concert. When I go back to check the app, BOOM. Suspended for not having my face in it. At that point, why thank anyone when the penalty is as if I were to bite the hand that feeds me. Lame bro. Admin have low socks for sure. A good portion of us served and dealt with toxic leadership…don’t do the same here. Do better VetTix.
It’s come a long way from what it used to, searching through events is pretty rough. It’s hard to catch good events in my town unless you’re checking the app every hour, and most of the events are permanent slop that I have to sledge through. Please add a filter to remove specific events from the feed, also notifications need some work to more consistently notify users of notable events, especially if they aren’t lottery events. I am extremely grateful for this service! I would simply like a more user friendly app experience.
I appreciate the fact that we have an app now, it makes it easier for me to find events, get notified of events, and access my tickets. However, the new feature that requires you to take a photo at the event and requires you to type up The thank you before you can save the photo, is stressful and difficult. Can we get a saved draft feature that allows us to save the photo and location data and come back to write the thank you later? I attended an event last night that required us to lock up our cell phones for the duration of the event. Thus, my friends, and I were unable to take the photo until after the event, while standing outside in the cold at 11 PM. Having to type up the message right then, while standing in the cold, while my friends waited for me, was stressful. Thus, my thank you message was brief generic. Allowing us to save the photo and come back for the message later would make this less stressful, safer (for events like last night, where I couldn’t get my phone back until we went outside), and more accessible.
