I have been going over to my girlfriend’s apartment almost everyday since she moved in. She has now been in her lease for 6 months and the apartment complex has decided to implement this app as a part of their new parking policy. Before the new policies, I could park for free as long as I was not in a reserved parking spot (finding a spot was the only challenge but it was free so no harm no foul). Totally reasonable right? With the new policies, I have to pay $10 every other day. I’m sorry but $5 a day to park for a couple hours at a time is insane. Now for me it’s to park without being charged or run the risk of getting booted/towed, I have to park half a mile away because there isn’t even street parking! If this policy was implemented at the beginning of the lease, my girlfriend would never have signed. I guess this review is more meant for her apartment complex, but this app is part of the problem. It also has a terrible UI that is not intuitive at all. Don’t sign a lease where they use this app. P.S. My girlfriend is worth every penny I pay to park, but a Tariff to park is insane. There is already enough of that going around thank you very much.

I almost gave a higher star review since I did eventually get a refund, but the process was absolutely dreadful and I only got my refund because I had an HOA on my side. I had accepted a visitor’s permit (or so I thought), put in my vehicle, and then I still got towed that night. They claimed that my vehicle wasn’t on the permit, but if I tried adding a vehicle it would say that there’s only one vehicle allowed per permit. Had to spend $250 to get my car back, and though I did get a refund, thank goodness I had the capital to cover it at the time. Tow Companies are literally the worst.

App is clunky and doesn’t provide all of the necessary info. Any time you pause while typing results in the keyboard closing. My apartment complex had a handful of different options for the address, but the app only displayed one. I selected it, but it was the incorrect one, and the only way to get the address changed was to call my landlord and have him change it manually. As far as I could find, there is no way of altering information in the app, so once you select your permit type or address, it is stuck and you’ll need a 3rd party to change it for you. If your apartment complex requires this, SKIP THE APP and just do it online. Maybe you’ll be able to figure it out better
