Connect Bus

This is my only review I’ve ever made. I rely on the bus system to get to campus and google and Apple Maps have a more reliable bus route than this does. It never loads, especially if I’m not on WiFi, and makes it impossible to know when a bus is coming. I hate having to search for bus stops on google maps to know when the bus is coming.

I’ve been using the app for months now, and I use it almost daily. The more I use it, the more I encounter these loading glitches. I just see the logo and the tabs being loaded. Even after waiting it out sometimes it just doesn’t load unless you check again after an hour or two which is very inconvenient.

I use this app multiple times a day, and I had to download the old one (which is so hard to read), just because the app never loads. Today I had my phone open on the app for 30 minutes, and after swiping it out and re-opening it, it still hasn’t loaded. I’ve missed many buses because of this small issue. The other app loads, but doesn’t show clear routes or arrival times. If you could fix this for me, that would be so helpful!!
