I love the interface and the app is very user friendly. I truly believe Zama could be a super helpful resource for any and all athletes, especially for college athletes battling mental and physical circumstances. The community aspect intrigues me as well. I hope this app can bring more awareness where users can discuss and help one another through common questions.

Content is super helpful and the locker room threads make the app feel more relevant and helpful! Always seeing good tips and helpful advice there-can’t recommend Zama enough!

As an athlete, we deal with a lot mentally. I found Zama’s mental-guidance modules to be incredibly helpful while preparing for the big game. It is comparable to Headspace, but focused on athletes !
