75 Days Challenge Tough & Soft

I used the 75 Day Challenge more as a lifestyle reset than an extreme challenge, and that’s where it really shined for me. I focused on consistency over perfection—10k steps a day, eating within my calorie budget, and only drinking at social occasions instead of cutting it out completely. The app makes it easy to stay on track without feeling obsessive, and the widget is a huge win. Seeing my progress front and center every day kept me motivated and accountable without overthinking it. If you’re looking for something that supports real, sustainable habits instead of burnout-level rules, this is a solid option, but of course the option is still there if you want to go all out.

I think it’s an awesome app that helps me stay excited and organized with my friends in this challenge! All I could recommend to the creators are to maybe have a little more description in each step of what’s going on when registering cause we had a lot of confusion at first. For example, when the screen pops up to accept the challenge after being sent an invite and then it switches to the choose your own challenge, it makes it seem as though the invite didn’t work and can be confusing. So maybe a little pop up description saying “Hey! We’ve synced you with your friend. Now, you get to customize your own 75 challenge to follow just as your friend did. After choosing, you will get to keep each other accountable!”

This is going to sound dramatic, but this app changed my life. I’ve done these challenges before, but this simple list made my life so much easier. Being able to check off my daily tasks was easy, especially the water tracker. I’ve done Hard 75 with this and now am working on a Soft 30. Everything is modifiable to your needs. Also love that it isn’t aggressive like some 75 Hard apps are. If you forget to check something off, it just asks if you’re still on track. What would be so super fun and cool is if something fun happened at the completion. I was expecting confetti or something! Perhaps that’s the paid version. Either way, love love love, 10/10 recommend!
