I want to buy tickets to the expo for two days in a row. The website interface for this is horrendous (you have to fully buy and pay for each days at a time!!) so I thought - I’ll try the phone app surely it must be better. No. It won’t even let me log in with the correct email or username and password. What a waste of time. All this after I needed to set up two factor authentication to log in on the website just to see ticket availability information. People weren’t kidding when they said it’s almost impossible to buy tickets for the Osaka Expo.

Basically the title. The app is total nonsense. Why do I need a separate app, and account to simply pay for things at the Expo?? While the event is cash free, it seems that the vendors themselves have no idea how to engage with this app either. Don’t waste your time. Do not download, and DEFINITELY do not put any money into your digital wallet.
