Today we booked a ground in Al Barsha 2, and when we arrived, the security guard asked for the booking confirmation and Ejari to verify that we are residents of Al Barsha. I told him that I am a resident, but I didn’t have the Ejari with me. He said it was mandatory to show it along with the ground booking. This was a very disappointing experience, especially because nothing about this requirement was mentioned anywhere in the booking app. If Ejari verification is compulsory, it should be clearly stated during the booking process to avoid inconvenience.

You can buy the tickets but you can’t enter the park before 8:00am from alwarqa gate .. so strange and it doesn’t make any sense.. I am waiting in front of the park for 15min its not like it’s easy to get to the other side of the park and enter from the other gate .

Our team had properly booked the field through the official system, yet we were unfairly denied access. The situation unfolded as follows: during our reserved time, a group of individuals (presumably local residents or citizens of Arab countries) arrived and called the security guard. Instead of verifying the booking and enforcing the established rules, the security guard sided with these individuals without providing us with any explanation. The conversation took place in their language, and as a result, we were forced to leave the field despite having a valid booking. This raises concerns about the reliability of the booking system. If anyone can simply ignore the rules and gain access to the field without a reservation, then what is the point of having this system in place? We kindly request the following actions: 1. Investigate this incident and take appropriate measures against security personnel who ignore the booking system and act unfairly. 2. Strengthen control over the enforcement of booking rules to prevent similar situations in the future. 3. Ensure that field access verification is strictly based on the booking system, without any bias from security or other players. We hope for your prompt intervention and resolution of this issue. Otherwise, we will escalate this matter to a higher level.
