I have a plot to check plots with plot number

Let’s try to sum it up: 1- not loading properly (specially the sign in page) 2- can’t connect to UAEPass, even though I get approval from their app 3- if I am signing up through my emirates ID why do I need to enter all of my personal information again? 4- the app looks like a website not an app 5- not compatible with IPads, I used it because I can’t log in through my IPhone 6- I want to request a map of my plot. But I simply can’t because I need to connect with UAEPass. Though the sign up required my full detail and national ID ! 7- the navigation of this service request its not clear! For a loot of reasons - first the loading of the page - second the information you get from makani or the plot number are not unified - third when the map is loading you have to click on the plot image and there is no indication that I have to do that I discovered by coincidence - fourth after ALL this hassle I found the right button but I can’t complete the service because I need UAEPASSS!! Which I have but its not connecting - there is even no way after you sign in to connect it, which means I have to sign out and in again!!!! really this is torture, its not normal….I just want my map I shouldn't be going through all of this :(((

The app crashes, the app main loading page if only few big picture related to payment with bad design…. I couldn’t make a simple payment so I had to send my driver to DM office who then was sent to alansari exchange to make a simple payment. I could also request for the title deed for a land parcel….
