I really enjoyed this app before the update. It has a vibration feature that allows you to close your eyes and relax during the 4-7-8 breathwork. The vibration was the alert to switch between inhale-hold-exhale. With the new update, there is no vibration between exhale and inhale, thereby forcing you to have to watch the app so you don’t miss the transition. Wish they would switch it back to include the vibration between those two modes which allows you to close your eyes and still be on count.

No bells or whistles, simple way to help focus while using this breathing method. I find it helpful from time to time. Only gripe is it counts backwards whereas I count forwards. Is that a setting somewhere? I’ll have to check.
