Better Mindset - Motivation

Ad from instagram claimed it was free and no adds unlike the other apps like headspace and calm. First thing that popped up was ads, then asking for a subscription of $12.99/month! Tried the free trial and there is hardly anything to this app. Nothing to do but read quotes really. Misleading and not worth it They also used marketing from another app that is actually free to get you to download theirs. SCAM

First thing that came up was an ad. An annoying ad I had to wait to clock out of six times. So, that’s not relaxing at all. Then, a pop up to pay for a subscription was the next thing. I was able to back out of that. But, it pops up again after every second click. I didn’t even have a chance to really check out the app, the subscription pop up is super pushy. Not a calming start, and obviously didn’t put me in a good mind set?!?! Besides the long clicky ads, and annoying and constant subscription pop ups, there’s no substance. Vague quotes, they’re quite uninspiring. Lots of spelling errors too, which for me is kind of a little distracting. I truly wanted to love this, because there’s a dog in it. So I’m super sad it’s a total flop. They claim you can enjoy the free version and use the app just fine that way but there’s no substance at all. I couldn’t imagine paying $13 a month for this?!?! I wouldn’t even pay that for a lifetime subscription. I’m going to uninstall it, there’s no value to my life. The ads and pop ups have me more agitated than I already was after a long, hard day. If you don’t mind paying for a subscription at this price point, there are a ton of helpful, professionally done apps out there that will enhance your life. This one isn’t it.
