It’s been an issue. If you have an old cloud data that has 0GB then you buy a new data plan. You can not make the new data plan with 10GB priority. Until the 0GB plan expires. Yes we trouble shorted the heck out of this. I shouldn’t have to send a work load video/and log report. Your programmers can easily. Let a cloud plan run out before it expires. Buy a new pla. Make cloud preferred and prioritize. You’ll see you can’t activate the new if old had days left.

First, I had the prior version of the Ottocast U2 Air adapter. Never worked right. Then I bought +TWO+ ( I must be a friggin’ idiot!) of the new U2 Air Pro adapters, in the hope that it’d be better. One was dead out of the box. The next one was seriously problematic. At Ottocast’s instruction, I downloaded this lousy app. It promptly proceeded to BRICK the adapter. Great. I would advise steering clear of +any product+ or software from this joke of a company.

Received my U2-Air Pro and attempted to update firmware per the instructions in the user’s manual. My iPhone was never able to connect with the listed server. Found this app and it connected with the device and server effortlessly. You will have to “forget device” and re-pair in order for the connection between iPhone and vehicle to work.
