This app is perfect for phone screen replacement VFX shots. It doesn’t have any tracker markers which I actually prefer, I find the trackers are hard to remove in post. I like that it can be a blue screen as well if you’re filming the phone and there is grass in the background. You can also lock the app with a long press so that it stays lit, but your actor can touch the screen as if interacting with the phone. No more fake swipes and taps, they can actually tap the phone and it doesn’t change anything on the screen. The ads are easy enough get by. Wish I had this on the last shoot!
