We measure and analyze your Heart Rate (Pulse) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to provide insights into your cardiovascular health, nervous system status, stress levels, and readiness for training.

Wellhero is also capable of analyzing data automatically collected by the Apple Watch. By analyzing this data, we display the level of stress on the body and its ability to cope with stress, as well as evaluate how well you recover overnight.

We use Health App data to get heartbeat data through the Apple Watch. When you choose to measure via Apple Watch, we retrieve data from the Health App, requesting your consent for access beforehand.
