The user experience is extremely poor. Donating to multiple charities is unnecessarily cumbersome, and there is a recurring glitch where navigating back redirects to the main page instead of the previous screen. This forces users to reapply filters repeatedly, making the process inefficient, frustrating, and time-consuming.
