App is utterly useless, unless you want to maybe run a speed test that will take 15 minutes. Notifications are pointless and offer no real information on what pieces of software (ExperienceIQ? What is that?), security notifications that give no results or options to do anything. You can name devices, but they immediately revert to either the IP or MAC (statically assigned IPs and none of the devices are spoofing a MAC, so there's no reason the names should change). Half the time the app says there's network issues and it cannot connect to the internet, even when there are zero issues. On top of that, the service itself is sub-par, 1/10th to 1/5th of the speeds advertised.

LiveOak Fiber has been amazing so far. With parental controls, access to view all of the devices on our network, and an easy customer interface, I will never go back to Cox!

I am having additional service added to my shop and so far everything‘s going smoothly. They have always been so great and if they do mess up, they are very apologetic and make sure they get it fixed right then and there great work.
