Easy to use and understand. Would recommend highly if you need a timer not just for workouts but for shadow boxing and sandbag training
This the best workout app on the market.
I’ve been trying to find a way to get some basic fighting workouts included for cardio after my regular workout but never knew where to start, this app helped with that, especially since it directs you on what moves to do, when to do them, and keeps you engaged as if it’s a real fight. Not only does it help my cardio and fight skills it also helps my reaction speed since you have to throw the move set as you hear them come out, now I see why they choose the name (mind blown). Overall a great app and can’t wait to see what they include in future updates.
