How Do I Create An Account?
I downloaded the app. It is asking me to sign in and is not giving me an option to create an account. I don’t have an account so I can’t access the app.

Chat doesn’t work
I just get a white screen when I try to go into the chat. I rebooted my phone multiple times and even deleted the app and reinstalled it, but the chat does not work.

Keeps crashing
When it works, it’s great. But if crashes half the time I try to access my itinerary and the chat function won’t load or gives and error message
