The app lags and is very glitchy the app at times will close out or tell me connection issues. Needs to be updated with the most current hub info like in Charlotte they’ve added 2 additional rows and still can’t spot a box on those rows.
I’m able to use the old app fine with the same ID and password. Was able to log into this one when I first downloaded it. Unfortunately it was giving me a lot of problems one day and I decided to delete and reinstall and since then it says that my user ID has been revoked. Luckily I’m still able to use the old app for work.
The drop down list for chassis drop off locations is blank. I keep having to select “I am in lot” to proceed with mission. The chassis I drop are incorrectly put into the system because of it. Containers are left on the floor even though there are several chassis on the lot, all because I cannot put in the exact location of the chassis I am dropping.
