DrayNow

DrayNow is great for us local owner ops. It’s serves its purpose and the people behind the phones are all very helpful and understanding. We been working with them for a couple years or so nothing but good things to say. The operations manager over there is the best any questions regarding work related issues she’ll get it fixed!

The application does not allow for details and or specific instructions for certain loads which can be difficult to understand the requirements. Example, when you’re picking up at a shipper sometimes they require the commodity or the customer name “ like walmart, target etc.” But other than that it’s very simple to use. When you need to speak with someone for any questions Or details they're pretty quick to respond. I do feel it’s a solid option for local intermodal work.

The app. Works fine very easy to navigate it DrayNow support team definitely knows the business. Overall DrayNow is a great option to start your company. Right now is hard to book loads as the business is slow and everyone is on the app waiting for something becomes available.I think they should also rate they carriers and make it easier and give priority to book loads to carriers that are providing better on time service with most importantly safe equipment. Many times we go to customer and we found bad equipment being dropped by another DrayNow carrier.
