This app rocks!! I cast from my phone to my TVs with no issues at all. I have the premium membership. The app is easy to use and navigating is simple and straightforward. For workouts, the search function is fantastic- you can pick the length, type (body area), ease, and sort (newest/oldest). I Love that search! The workouts are great. The old TV ones are a blast! - Are they dated? The video quality might not be up to date 1080p (Full HD) and 4K (Ultra HD) but they are completely viewable and some of those workouts are quite the challenge and really fun to do!! The workouts range from current to older and all of them are very good. I like and do Les Mills (bodypump, bodycombat, bodybalabce (I don’t care for super jumpy or dance) and I run. So, if you are a fan of Bodyattack or like Insanity you might not be happy with Denise Austin. Everyone is different. But if you want a positive workout with a trainer who is great, will work ALL of your muscles and not get you hurt (for me that is huge) you this is a great app! I’m whole food plant based so the recipes for me are limited but there are lots of them for most diet choices and there are even some for me. I’m really blown away by how many options there are for workouts and that is super motivating when you can do 30 minutes full body workout and then add in a couple of extras like today where I added in a 10 minute arm workout and a 5 minute ab routine- you can fit it where and when you have the time and I personally like Denise Austin’s cues in the workouts and positive, encouraging attitude.
I love Denise and Katie Austin but Denise Austin app is difficult. You have to re-login every time and it’s annoying. It doesn’t keep track of your progress the way it should..only challenges and then there’s issues with that as well. It’s too bad. I really love her but not the app.
I was looking for a workout regimen to get myself back in shape. This app has a ton (100’s!) of different workouts for every part of your body. Along with the workouts, you also get access to a ton of healthy recipes that you can favorite and swap around. They’re delicious and really help you on your fitness journey. I also saw there were Challenges you could take part in which seems interesting. I was super excited when I saw Denise released a new app and happy to start getting back in shape at home!
