This app is highly problematic. The data updates are significantly delayed—often appearing only on the second or third day, just before a compound is issued. Reloading also causes issues: when using online banking, additional charges apply; and when attempting to reload via SPay Global, the feature doesn’t function at all, leaving users stuck until the developer resolves the bugs. Overall, the app’s poor performance feels as though it’s setting users up to incur compounds, which cost several times more than a standard parking fee.

Why in this day of age when Sarawak Government is pushing hard on digitalization and we have this half baked product which force us to have balance money inside but not integrated into SPay so that we can pay using SPay not using another doing one single item only. Some more this app has not been updated for more then a year so what are the developer doing? No money no update? 😅

Have balance refund on the option but the balance transfer to email? Have tried it many times but the money still didn’t receive. Because who transfer money to email? People transfer it to bank account. Those balance refund option is completely useless. Judging by the review also those concern were being ignore. Would prefer using coupons like back then than using this apps.
