Useful interface but on London marathon 26 the app failed to show the person I was supporting progress. The mobile network being slow is also a problem during busy events.
As someone who works for a National Charity tracking our runners is an invaluable tool. Why does the app not associate ballot runners with their chosen charity and why has the limit of participants to follow been set at 30! Perhaps an app for charities should be considered.
I’ve tried 2 practice 5k runs with my watch and phone both measuring 3.2 miles the app only shows 1.7 it’s so far out I’m going to have to run a lot of extra miles to get it to 26.2. Only 1 day to get this app fixed. I’ve raised a case on the website but no response yet
