The app is facing some error and throwing some generic error. This issue is present for last 3 days and I don’t know whom to contact to report this issue.

Tried the app and have now uninstalled it. While trying to make a payment the payment gets stuck and the amount that gets stuck depends on the denomination of the note that the app is using to send money. So the money stuck may be more than what you are sending. Then you have to file an online complaint which has the most user unfriendly interface. Happened twice with me. Anything to do with BoB IT is useless and untrustworthy. They don’t even make efforts to correct the bugs. So just forget about using this app.

Hi team , Please fix your app issue in registration Failure U63 . I’m registered user but after update ask for registration not able to get into my wallet my amount is stuck in this app . after some time other issues pop up say Unable to fetch your mobile number for registration. (CBDC_010). No customer care response. If solutions not available by your side then please help me for recovery my stuck CBDC amount in this worst app. It’s financial platform and it’s working like cheap game .
