1. 03rd jan onwards it’s not working. Fixed it. Pls improve n update. It’s not loading. 2. Bhai aje 17 hai Abhi tak prob solve nahi hua kya kar rahe ho. 3. Aj 23 hai app not working. Update yar. Kya kar rahe ho. 4. Aj 26 hai bhai Abhi bhi app nahi chalrahi. Ab kya kare eng. n Hindi do no me apko likha hai. Abhi dusri language use karu??? 5. Today 27, it’s also not responding. Why it’s not working. Solve prob. 6.Dear sir. As par your mail u have closed my app complain. So I change mob and download app mpassbook in Samsung mobile. But there is also same problem U suggest me that update iOS 13. But my phone is already up to date. But not 13ios. And tell me how Can I update?? And most important is I have already use this app last more then one year. And this is not ios13. Prob. It’s different problem. That created bye your side. I have also consult with local branch they also told many people came with same problem. So kindly update your app. And solve this problem 7. Your app is still not working

Earlier i used the App it is not updating the transactions after your bank instructor taught me to re install the app i reinstall it now its not moving next step from verifying process i have tried more than 30 times sms sent to bank and charges deducted but otp is not came many of my friends also facing this same problem you have to repaor this app or to launch a new mpassbook app while i complain about this in your branch they said we cannot do anything sorry

App crashes frequently. Cannot use search functionality for specific time duration it’s not working. Did you test it? Why dis you release without testing? I wanted to see 2015 transactions using search functionality but it’s not fetching looks like you are not using that time interval entered by user. Latest update ;7th Dec 2017 why are you degrading your qualities by each update? why don’t you test before release? After this update it only shows balance and no transaction detail on the top it writes 40 transactions loaded but than show white screen and no transaction. this is the main screen why don’t even test brother. it’s really a good app.
