Each time I start a questionnaire, I get pushed out of the app. My progress is never saved, and I have to keep repeating the same questionnaire. I took the initial questionnaire over 10 times before I was able to complete and submit it. I made it to Day 1, answered the questions, and was kicked out of the app. Now I have to start over again.

I was fine till around day 15. Now it’s been daily crashes. Getting a bit ridiculous why you would keep doing the study on an unstable app. I can tell it’s about to go unresponsive when it starts slowing down. Then I get either no touch response, a screen that does things on its own, or a red ‘error occurred please try again later’ message with an automatic bootout to my phone menu. Reported the issue once. They responded the first time. The 2nd time they didn’t bother. Can’t wait till it’s all over.

I can’t even being to overestimate the number of times this all crashes in the middle of your exercises. It’s so maddening! If you want accurate data for your study, you might want to consider using an app that actually works.
