I love the way the whole app is set up. The colors, the navigation and the tracker. Everything is super easy. Toogie is the best and everyone should try this app out! Very different, authentic and unique to other mindful apps.

With over 30 years of experience in dance and 20 years of meditation practice, Toogie Barcelo is a world renowned, certified breath and movement coach whose clients include Alica Keys, Dua Lipa, Tove Lo and Miguel to name a few. All of the offerings in this app have been born from and inspired by Toogie’s work, and her desire to cultivate an empowered, more blissful world.
