I keep telling all of my friends about this amazing app! As someone who wanted to get serious about journaling again, however, struggled with getting back into the flow of writing with so many other items that needed to be handled. It’s been so much easier to do audio journaling. Since I’ve downloaded this app, I’ve not only been able to journal daily via audio, but the app transcribing and analyzing my journal entries, has given me even greater insight into how I can achieve my goals and figure out complex pieces in my life. This app has done wonders for my personal development in the short week that I’ve used it. The analyzation takes the tone of a therapist very powerful information. I love this app. I cannot stress it enough!!

I’ve been trying to find an audio journal for a while and this one nailed it! I’ve tried others but there was always small things I didn’t like about them. This one has what I was looking for and does a nice job at making it more of a wholistic experience by giving you optional, helpful prompts to get you reflect on the things that matter in life. And at the end it nicely summarizes your word salad and gives helpful feedback and encouragement on what to focus on. The interface is easy to use too. I feel like there’s a lot of ways this app could have gone wrong or felt cheesy but honestly they’ve done a really good job. Keep it going!! 🙏

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and I have to say - I have been so impressed. The AI component of this is amazing. Each session starts with a mood rating, then moves into some thought-provoking questions based on your last entry. Then you have up to 30 mins of free talk. Once finished, it reviews the content of your session and provides a detailed & incredibly insightful summary. It assigns a title to each entry based on the content. And today it even identified some goals for me based on my free talk session! Just an amazing tool! It honestly has given me better insight than the therapist I have been seeing…. So excited I found this! I will be recommending to all my friends!

All recordings are encrypted and securely stored on Amazon AWS servers. Your account data (email, preferences, etc.) is stored separately on DigitalOcean. Both providers use bank-grade encryption and follow strict privacy standards.
Does OpenAI use my recordings to train their AI models?
No. We have a GDPR-compliant agreement with OpenAI that prohibits them from using your data to train their models. Transcriptions and analyses are processed securely and privately.
Who besides me can access my data?
Your entries are private. AudioDiary employees do not access your recordings or transcripts unless required by law (e.g., a valid court order). Third-party providers (AWS, DigitalOcean) follow strict security protocols and cannot access your data without legal mandates.
