Watch Faces & Widgets - Timely

The faces on this app are beautiful however, once you download them to your watch they don’t stay. Each time your watch screen goes to sleep mode and you look at your screen again the face has gone back to the original face. I contacted support and was given instructions on how to fix this problem, I followed their instructions each time this would happen but it still doesn’t work. I did realize that the faces that allow you to add directly to your watch app from the phone will work normally but the ones you have to add directly from the timely app from the watch doesn’t. The company needs to figure out how to add all the faces you choose to the app from your phone so you can download it to the watch from there. I would stick with the free faces on this app, they work, I noticed they are added to the phone app then u add them to your watch from there, they will work normally until you change them. Once the company figures out how to add the faces to the phone app, not from the watch app, it would be a perfect app.

Response, see below. When I first got this app everything worked great until it. I downloaded the activity app because I wanted to monitor my heart rate, oxygen level, steps, battery, level and activity, etc. everything worked great and now nothing will connect so I can’t even see my heart rate throughout the day. It’s basically useless and now I am forced to look for another app so that my watch will show real time #DATA especially for my heart rate. I have removed that watch face and re-downloaded multiple times. Right now it’s stuck on a black screen that only shows the time, date, and the temperature outside everything else is black. To the developer. I reset my phone and watch, I have the latest version and it is set to my Apple Watch Ultra. Still having the same issues. Even when I remove my watch face then re-download it, it only appears as a black screen with two widgets. After selecting the watch face and setting it, it still displays incorrectly on my watch.

This app is very nice. The faces are beautiful in my opinion. The only thing I don’t like and wasn’t made apparent until after I purchased and reached out to support is the ability for the active faces to run all the time. If you see faces that have motion, the only way to view that motion is to touch the watch face and it only lasts for a few seconds. Per support, Apple prevents their app from allowing full motion without touching the face. I’m not sure it would have prevented me from paying for the app but it wasn’t disclosed up front during the initial purchase. Hopefully this is something that can be changed in the future which would make this app a 10.
