Shop New Era

The app is fine, seems a bit slow and occasionally the items seem to be mis-labeled. More importantly, though, this company has the worst customer service I’ve come across in a long time, only surpassed by a random independent game store in Virginia who had no business trying to cater to the whole country. The order from New Era I placed never arrived, and they refused to issue a refund or replacement. When I asked them why, multiple times, each time pointing out flaws in their argument, they simply repeated the same “we have confirmation of delivery and we cannot file a claim”, which shows a staggering lack of imagination and implied mistrust of the consumer. NEC’s anti-consumer policies render their customer service agents soulless robots with no agency to help the customer if anything goes wrong, or even address the customer’s concerns. I would avoid this company at all costs if you have any inkling that something might go wrong with your order.

When I recently placed my order and was ready to check out and applied my coupon it took off the 20 percent at that point I realized that there might be something else I liked so I decided to check out the following day when I went to check out the coupon was gone when I went to reapply it wouldn’t let me I tried various other coupons and wouldn’t let me apply however if I would’ve checked out the night before the coupon would’ve applied the coupon was not expired so therefore I will not be doing any future business with you and not recommending anyone to this company matter of fact when my order comes I will be sending it back this is not good business practice I am very disappointed I hope someone takes out the time to actually read this

Glad to finally see an app. Just makes shopping for hats a lot more easy. Has worked perfectly fine so far. Being able to pick through sports and collections is very convenient. I do wish there were more filters. Shopping by size would be great filter. Overall a very general app, but it beats having to go to the website.
