My posture has not been so good for years! I use the sticky side of the small device to stick it on my back. When I don't use good posture, it will make a buzzing sound to let me know. For several weeks, I only use it for about an hour every day, and I have made great progress!

It helped me change my posture. I'm looking for the most effective posture orthotic device. I don't like braces because they are uncomfortable. I ordered Bestand Pro. It is very light. You can't even feel it without a shoulder strap, but it will remind you when you have a bad posture. It can't be done with a shoulder strap.

Best Pro is a great tool for improving posture. I only used it for a few weeks, but it has already helped. When you are listless, the subtle reminder (slight buzz) must be training me to think about my posture all day long.
