Mochinut Reston

Young man at the counter is always helpful, patient and friendly. My kids love this place. Donuts were good and food is made when ordered. Great service!!!

First of all this mochinut app is trash how will people order from a temporarily closed-down mochinut?? Second of all, you can’t even order the mochi donuts unless you get one drink. Even if that’s possible with it Third of all needs more selections like condiments Sugar/Ketchup etc. This is a bad app I don’t recommend just don’t use it at all. And I don’t care if it’s temporarily closed or not that’s what it says in the app that’s why it’s always closed it says for me needs a global app for more locations.

I don’t get the reviews…maybe it’s my location? App won’t let you order a day or two before (which is important for me in my line of work) and app won’t let you order when the store is closed. It doesn’t even have the current menu loaded. Guess I’m passing on this vendor until they catch up to companies like Crumbl Cookie. I’m sick of trying to make this work efficiently. My clients need carbs…as much as I like this vendor, their app is hot garbage and utterly worthless
