The suite camera works once. Then you have to delete the app and reinstall. Then the camera works one more time. Then delete and reinstall. How could the developers be so incompetent?

I’ve taken my dog to Wag maybe 5 times in the past year. Each time, the cam has been so frustrating to use. Good luck trying to even see anything. Most of the time, the cam turns up blank. If you try to use full screen or zoom in, the video freezes. I’d love to see my dog because I really miss him. I’m considering taking him to another dog hotel simply because they have a better cam app.

Really frustrated, can’t even sign-in to use or view any of the features. This was my first time using Wag hotels, so when they told me about the camera feature I was super excited to be able to view my dog during his stay. Literally the log in page just loaded several MINUTES, not seconds, MINUTES. I attempted 10+ times and actually waited for about 4-5mins each time, thought I was going insane. Tried it all again several hrs later, and still nothing. Tried updating the app, tried updating my phone, tried deleting the app completely and redownloading. Nothing. This app is literally unusable.
