Doesn’t work
Used to be able to arm/disarm remotely- stopped working when they introduced home view - very disappointing

Great app &service
I have to say that I have had great service since got security system. They notified me if there is/was a problem. Professionals all the way. Only downfall is the captured videos on my security cams are to short in length ( only about 15-17 seconds long). They added New feature (floor plan) so you can build rooms on floor plan and add motion detectors etc..
