I got a quote for shipping a pallet. Everything was agreed upon. The shipment was shipped and I paid. Later they sent me random charges that was more than the shipment. (One of the most expensive charges (they said my house was a construction site which it is not, my entire driveway and parking lot is all concrete. I have a horse corral far off in my property that they said was a construction site. I’ve spent the time to send pictures outlining it and they don’t care they said the “charges are valid”) I refuse to pay the random extra charges and have sent them countless emails showing there charges are not valid. Hunter Hillestad will not stop harassing me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the quote they give is the down payment

Just jumped thru all the hoops to get signed on and get into the app to find out it’s trash junk. Way better load boards out with way better freight and higher paying loads. Very disappointed in the whole thing plus I can never get back all the time waisted. I get more loads from 123 load board with way better pay. The app will only let me search in my area only. They need to change that because I’m in a dead zone with not much moving. But I can’t check the near by cities for loads so to me it’s a junk app. Going to get rid of it and use others. Stay away from cheap freight guys. It’s the only way to get the rates brought up to a livable wage. Good luck and God bless.

I tried so many times to call them to resolve this issue with this CoyoteGO app, they were no help. I guess it’s not meant to be, I am set up with them and everything but still, they would transfer me from one to another person then to another and so on and just hang up on me, Way to go Coyote, if this is how you do other business then I don’t want to work with you
