I swear every time I use this app, it has so many bugs and technical issues. It’s unbelievable. The app keeps asking you to verify that you are not a robot and it keeps sending you through a series of pictures over and over again nonstop and won’t give you the information in a timely manner making it where you have to keep doing the same thing like 10 times until you get frustrated and just give up They truly need to fix the bugs in this app. And make things easier and faster to obtain the information you’re looking for. If they fix the bugs, it would be a way better experience.

I’ve been using Vine since it was created and I have never had any issues getting alerts or being updated until now. Now my phone can’t save my login for the app. I don’t get the alerts or notifications until several hours after their release or move to another facility. When I was getting stàhe notifications within 30-60 mins of their status change. Now I find out on the street or social media of their release or move before vine notifies me. I can not keep my family safe or watch out for them if I don’t get the information in a timely manner. A fatal encounter could happen by the time I received the notification. Pls correct this issue immediately. Lives depend on it. Ty

As if I don’t already have problems, I’m registered to be notified of a custody status for a reason. I feel like I gave this “system/database?” info I’d generally consider private and it failed me. I can see its intention here is to help, but it’s not doing that. It’s coercing victimized people into disclosing to them and rehashing details about their life that may potentially be traumatizing. Then, here’s what bothers me, I’ve gotten no help by said notifications of any kind from them... despite the person in question 1)not showing up for their court date, and 2) cutting off ankle monitor designed to protect me, in my case. Big fail here Vine. It sounds to me like soon enough they’ll be involved (maybe victims) of a typical data breach in which my info will likely be leaked. It just seems unstable of a network or something is off here. I’ve gotten much more help, as in notifications etc., via USPS from the courts.
