UserZoom Surveys

Worst ever!! Very slow app - always have to re-type my survey answers cause page will not progress & deletes everything I type. But … worst of all when you final get to the end of the survey to commit it for payment it just spins endlessly never up loading

I've used them a few times now through Swagbucks surveys and other then pictures never fully showing up for some weird reason (usually they're cut off by 30% to 50% which is a pain when you're doing surveys since they'll disqualify you just for looking at it funny) i've never had any issues and was always rewarded. FYI to anyone who hasn't used them before or doesn't know what they are they're a survey hosting app meaning a company or person can use them to make surveys then invite people, they're NOT a survey app where anyone can go on there and just use it to do surveys, the only way you can take a survey with them is if you're invited by the survey maker. Just wanted to add that because a lot of people in the reviews seem to think it's like Swagbucks, Prizerebel or something like that.

When I click “continue study” from the invitation link, it keeps saying “Have you installed the UserZoom App?” every time even though I DID install the stupid app. When I open the app, it says “did you receive an invitation link?” I click yes. “Go back to the invitation link and click it again to take the study.” It just keeps sending me in circles and nothing works. There’s no way to contact anyone. Clicking “help” just links to some useless FAQs that don’t solve anything. Thanks for wasting my time and data downloading this horribly designed app.
