The additional features and updates delivered recently have been a good value add, but this seems to have massively impacted login reliability, both on the app as well as desktop version

Several times it has reported zero valuations. Lists 2 names on the account on the opening page and then lists the main account holder “+ 2 others”. Service outages and updates aren’t flagged on the opening screen which means that login failures require unnecessary detective work and time wasting to resolve. Curious and counter intuitive menu sequence makes backtracking to a total valuation in the sum of valuations area frustratingly hard to do. It would be useful to be able to see a summary breakdown of the individual equities held and the sums invested in them rather than just the fund data sheets. Apart from that, it looks nice and is one of the better apps out there. It’s just not as good as it could or should be and these problems are ongoing legacy problems that should have been addressed in previous updates.

Nice clear simple visuals, but as a client the very limited number of benchmarks (all U.K. centric) for performance over time is disappointing, and it would be useful to have a tab listing investments and gain/loss per investment (like AJ Bell or Interactive Investor) rather than having to click on every holding in turn. I think there are many more benchmarks available in the advisor version but having a few more global or composite bond/equity ones would be very helpful. Cosmetically the sounds are unnecessary at best and annoying after a time. A few tweaks could make this a great app building on the clear visuals.
