I love this game but I can’t figure out how to expand my city on my phone and I have tried every thing and can’t do it so if someone can help that would be helpful.

I have been playing this game for at least two months everyday & I still haven't completed everything yet. I really like it because it doesn't rush you to finish & you can go at your own pace. The graphics are really nice. I wish the workers could play in the water when they aren't working. I recommend purchasing the gem machine so you don't make multiple gem purchases. You'll end up with 4 gems a day

I like this game, but when is it going to update again? I have cleared and unlocked all of the island. The only things that are left is to upgrade. I have some things still locked, and they tell me upgrade coming soon. Well it has been 3 years and the upgrade still haven’t came. So when it is going to get here? I will not play the game anymore until upgrade gets here.
