This company has gone downhill for years. But a new low now that they are deleting reviews. I have left one before on how bad their app has become. So here I am again to warn customers to pick a different system. This system is slooow. It never responds s it should. And the company has locked many of its basic features behind a subscription now. I will be changing out all my products to a different system from a company that wants to innovate and not throw its customers under the bus. Shame.

My connected Telldus devices are always very slow to respond, sometimes no response at all. Have connected Alexa skill, and it frequently reports “hmm, this device is not responding”. This also happens when using the app. Maybe unfair to rate the app 2 stars for a poorly working system overall, as the app is pretty good by itself, but the whole system is not behaving well.
