I set up auto pay as soon as I got the card and there was one incorrect number in my routing info and instead of flagging it, whenever it made my payments, it kept telling me it was being paid but I separately got a non payment message and it didn’t give me details. The app seemed weird so I attributed it to that. I just kept thinking it was getting paid because it showed paid in my app but I should have checked my bank withdrawals and I didn’t. It took me over a month to figure out that I miss typed one digit and they blocked my ability to make auto payments for six months which then led me to miss payments completely (I ALWAYS PAY ON TIME! after setting up auto pay) And I incurred missed payments on my credit report very terrible app and feedback/automated system.
Just saying this Bank, we just call first national give me an excellent opportunity after I defaulted on other stuff just saying once I started rebuilding they gave me basically the first opportunity to give me credit. I pay them on time every month and I always be faithful to them. I never look back. This is definitely my first primary which I have discover card Amex and everything else but this bank is absolutely the best stick with them.
I have had this card for several years now. I was trying to improve my credit score and didn't have a lot of choices. I was able to increase my score with on time payments. I decided to to keep the card because I appreciate the help it gave me. Loyalty. I like the simple to use mobile app as well. I have not had any issues with it. Customer service is easy to contact and will reply promptly. Thanks for helping me!
