Pipe Trades Pro Calc

Although this one is better because you don’t have to carry a separate calculator and after years of use, some of the buttons on the calculator tend to come off, I think the calculator was like 50 bucks. I think I paid 50 for this at the time. I don’t remember but if you are a pipe fitter or a plumber, this calculator is the one to get.

I have been using Pipetrade Pro, both as an app and as the calculator, for well over eight years. I teach Advanced Offsets and tube bending. All student are given Pipetrade Pro calculators at the beginning of class. By the conclusion of the semester, all students have purchased Pipetrade Pro for use in the field. There isn’t a better tool for a Pipefitter.

I read a plumber’s bad review just before making this one, he’s nuts.... I use this app every single day in the field. Makes life and plumbing so much faster. I love to be accurate, no stove piping on my watch! This Calc speeds things up and has opened my brain to a lot of stuff I never used before. I do a lot of bending. (Well as much as I can get my hands on) and finding angles and offsets with this app is a total life saver and actually makes things most plumbers are scared to do, the most fun things to do! I hated math for a long time but after using this I’ve taught myself a lot of new tricks and plumbing skills. You just need to spend some time with the app, and really it’s not hard to use at all. I’d give it 15 stars but there’s only 5.
