Even one star is to much for this app
I had a terrible experience with this ticket-selling app. Every time I tried to purchase a ticket, I encountered an error. Despite the transaction failing, the app still charged me, and to make matters worse, I never received the ticket I paid for. There’s also no way to contact customer support through the app—no phone number, no email, nothing! I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this app to anyone until they fix these serious issues. Be careful if you decide to use it!
