After sending feedback within the app of my inability to enter addresses, rendering the program unusable, the latest update seems to have fixed the problems I’ve been having.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I rely on this app every single day as I don’t have a car & my job is 8 min away. With each passing day they disappoint me much more. They were great at first until these several problems arisen. 1) they no longer notify you when driver is assigned, near, or arrived. You have to check the app. 2) I don’t have a problem with drivers being “independent contractors” but there have been a handful of times my cab never came or was very late 3) Just today I went to add a new payment method and tried logging back in but error messages keep popping up.
I like this service because it’s cheap but I might have to use Uber from now on even though their prices aren’t my favorite. At least I’m never late to work with them and they actually ASK where in particular I’d like to be dropped off and read the info I provide. I’ve been such a very loyal customer spending AT LEAST $180 MONTHLY for your service but that will definitely change. Uber is going to run you into the ground 😡

This app makes the booking easy! This is the best transportation service for children! Thank you for your help! I trust this company for my children! Other transportation companies do not allow children to ride without an adult but St. Louis cab company gives us a break as they have been hired by schools and hospitals for many years! A good trusted and reliable company!
