My son and I were using this app for several years for his ride pick up service and it worked great! We knew who was coming, their tag information, destination and could even track their progress! About 9 months or so it just stopped working and has never worked since! We were told to use the app thru a company that my son gets rides from and now if we try to sign in, it won’t let us. If we try to sign up, it says that user already exists! Totally frustrating and now of no use to us! Help!!!

Everything is clear and easy to understand. Very well made app
